I spoke with you on the phone towards the end of last week. You were dashing out the door and said you would call me back but I have not heard from you. I recently had a problem with AA which i would like to share with you, but I do not know where to send it.
Could you advise me as to an address or Email?
Thank you

On a 2/12/2007 AA flight from Fr. Lauderdale to L.A., the flight attendant told me it was one of the worse flights she had ever been on. Reason, people were not staying in their seats. To which I replied, It is hard to stay seated when you have 100% occupancy and the seat in front of you is 16 to 18" from your face. People get claustrophobic and crabby. They do not sit still and then the attendants have trouble serving, etc.

Remember, flights started being limited, occupancy went to 100%, and seat space decreased when oil was around $80/barrel. Now it is around $60/barrel and here we are trained like rats to accept sub-human conditions.

If planes are going to be 95 to 100%, why not add to the passenger bill of rights the minimum space between seats and the size if the seats...

Can you please tell me how I can get in touch with Kate Hanni. I would like to join her fight. I was not on the AA flight but I am frequent flyer on SW and they are HORRIBLE to their customers and notorious at LYING, LYING, LYING. Something really needs to be done to give consumers a voice. The airline industry is not simply a consumer product -- our US economy is enormously impacted by this industry and some where along the lines, the consumer has been completely forgotten in this equation.
