Just a publicity grab on the FAA&#039;s part. Will they never cease to be ridiculous?</description>

		<description>As I understand it, Mays was hit in the head by a piece of falling luggage. This act would have absolutely no bearing on whether he was wearing a seat belt or not. It WOULD have a bearing on aircraft maintenance in which the overhead storage bins need their locking devices UPGRADED to prevent this sort of accident happening to anyone.</description>
