Please let me know what is going on with car rentals in Denver. They are back at last years summer prices already. Compact car at $ 35/day today, when it was $ 13/day in December last year.. With “fees” it comes out to $ 80/day for compact. Florida or California prices have remained the same as last year. Ski season is at its peak and summer has not even started yet. There has to be a very good reason. Thrifty is trying at $ 22/day or after “fees” $ 51/day. Denver is discouraging the good tourist to rent at the airport.
