Airport. Chicopee Ma. Skybus. I was dropping of My son to return back to school,Virginia Tech. As we drove to the drop off area a parking attended ran to our car and began to pound violently on the roof of our car. We stopped to find that the person had No ID and NO uniform. We were outraged after we found damage to our car. We reported this to management and security with out not even a thought the manager of the airport made a investigation. I had to continue to call inorder to find the name of the employee who attacked us. We were told that this was a " He said She said situation " an we were not going to get the employees name. Skybus sold us tickets allowed us to fly no frills no civil rights no justice from a unlawful attact. I do not think Skybus was in the best interest of the FAA How would a local Airport Such as Westover Metro Airport handle a terrorist if they cannot handle their own employees. Was this employee screened? Know one will Know if he will attack others in the future. It is the Tulsa, Oklahoma airport. They have a Cancer Treatment Center of America there. My sister had radiation for a brain tumor there and had to have her head shaved. She passed one scan but had to go back to her bags to send some wig shampoo that she did not realize that she had in her take on bag. The second time a scanner employee made her take off her scarf to scan her bald head, so shameful!! If she passed the first scan why didn't she pass a second? Why couldn't they have used the wand if necessary? This being a cancer treatment city I am just astounded!! I think this employee is on a power trip and should be removed!!!
