Both are great, but have different feels (Disneyland isn't built for double-wide strollers). When we were there, they were discussing big plans for California Adventure - Disney finally realized they needed to do something with that since its kind of like the MGM Studios of CA. I have to say, in my opinion, much better food at Disneyland. Enjoy! Got engaged at Disney World and stopped at Disneyland on my honeymoon in December. While it is true the park is way smaller and much older, there are several exclusive rides there. You'll enjoy picking out the differences between Orlando's Space Mountain vs. California's, same for Pirates. Plus, you can still get on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride which is something they took OUT of Disney World a number of years ago. Also, the park has a charm and warmth that's unique unto itself. So don't have low expectations, just appreciate Disney Land for it's subtleties. Don’t have low expectations for Disney Land. I grew up in Tennessee, and we had season passes to the park and a condo in Kissimmee because we went down there five or six times a year. I actually haven't been back in over a decade, so this summer, my family is all going back to relive the good ole days. Even though I'm 26 now, I'd be lying if I said I'm not stoked to revisit Disney! I'm going to Disneyland next month for the first time, and after a lifetime at Disney World, my expectations are loooow. Awww, that was sweet!
