I asked Lee what the number was to call and at that time he didn't know. "I" dropped the ball and should have found out the correct number by asking who I should call. However, I must admit I was a little shocked that they not only refunded the cost of the phone, toiletries and the $90RT taxi fare to the airport to find our luggage, that I didn't ask.

I will try to do that and post it with Chris and maybe he can post it on his "blog". It may take awhile. As it too Lee almost 6 weeks to answer my email

That is excellent.

I also want to know if Delta found the proper information for the phone number to call, and disseminated that information throughout the company? Or will the next vacationer face the same problem again?

It is great that Delta addressed the problem of Grant and Edris... I hope they found and fixed the underlying cause of the original problem too.
