		<description>i have been trying to contact nwa with a complaint on a recent flight jan.20th for my husband.
the customer care center where i was told to reply is not even a 800 number.when i did get someone they said they would fax over a form for me to fill out. that was 3 days ago and i have not rec&#039;d the form and they had my number right.  i will not give up and i too know the history of nwa . there are some nice employee at the airlines, but somehow they are missing the boat on customer satifaction. if there is a quicker way for help, let me know...thank you for your time</description>
