Love field, rats and 9/11

April 11, 2006

Overheard on the blogosphere …

The Business Travel Coalition released a report that recommended Love Field, home of plucky Southwest Airlines, should be shut down. Say what? Did American Airlines commission this “report”?

Speaking of American Airlines, what do you figure is the roundtrip fare for a rat? And did this particular rodent pay up after it was discovered by a blogger? (Or is this just a clever promo for the summer movie “Snakes on Planes”?)

Early reviews of the 9/11 docudrama “United 93″ are in, and the verdict is fairly positive, according to reports. I wouldn’t expect to see the trailer on any United Airlines flights, however.

What are you hearing? Let me know.
