		<description>Re Emily Hyndman and her mechanical delay. Wouldn&#039;t this be something that is under the airline&#039;s control (unlike the weather) and is therefore subject to compensation? I took a look at their Contract of Carriage (http://content.united.com/ual/asset/COC24junfinal.pdf), and they actually have no obligation other than (maybe) a hotel room for the night. *sad face*

I really liked this part:
UA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILING TO OPERATE ANY FLIGHT ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE, OR FOR CHANGING THE SCHEDULE OF ANY FLIGHT, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE PASSENGER.</description>
