I generally tend to focus on the people who have multiple reviews based on many states,countries or or counties;I tend to gloss over super glowing reports or totally negative ones; I use to follower,and have even in the past have purchased Frommers publications; now I tend to avoid them for his abandonment over Arizona concerning his personal opinionof some legislation approved by Arizonasvoters; it is totally unfair to penalize a whole beautiful state and its economy because of his status as a travel guru. One of the hotels I used to work for made all managers post a review once a week. We also had to submit our reviews to the Senior Management staff to prove we complied.
