What I meant was a full refund of anything over the $926 her ticket originally cost. The $800 she accepted didn't quite hit that mark and, had it been my money, I would never have settled for less than a "full refund" of my addidional costs. As Chris stated even he is not sure how it could have been prevented. People have put forth various solutions. If she did not fly at all yes then a full refund.
