The $800 she accepted didn&#039;t quite hit that mark and, had it been my money, I would never have settled for less than a &quot;full refund&quot; of my addidional costs. Since she was willing to accept the $800 offered, then that&#039;s the end of the story for her.</description>

		<description>Exactly barbie. I am not saying cheapoair is some great company, but this does not sound like a case where they were in the wrong. People like to place blame on third party companies when in reality it is probably the airline or the person them self to blame.</description>

Maybe her family should have worked with her on her itinerary. Once again I would have spent some extra money and used a TA.</description>
