Yeah sure in Las Vegas where they are real overpriced to begin with but on my cross continent motorcycle ride this summer I found rates to be up there with best of them. Fairfield by Marriott has gone from being a $70 to $80 rate a couple of years ago to into the low $100s this year! This rate derease talked about are in the luxury sector as far as I can tell.
