		<description>Southwest WILL refund  at least  some of the tax money,   I&#039;ve  had  them do it for me in the past.
As for the balance,   this is never totally lost with WN&#039;s  &quot;no fault&quot;  policy.  If you cancel, or even if
you no-show, WN will hold your money for future 
ticket   purchaces,  up  to  one  year,   unlike the  harsh  policies  of some of the &quot;legacy&quot; airlines.
